How We Operate

DISTRIBUTION:     The Owners are the distributors themselves in key production areas serving dealers in the territory and retailing to farmers in their own stores. They are backed up by Independent Business Partners (IBP)whom they recommend to help them gain market share in their territory. These IBPs operate a sub-territory in the  area covered by the Distributor. The IBPs may choose to carry Teamagro’s brands at preferential pricing or register their own brands under Third Party Authorization from Teamagro.   (PICTURE OF THE DIAGRAM OF PRODUCT FLOW)     At present we have fifteen (15) Owner-Distributors and five (5) IBPs. It is on the Demand Creation that we employ more to create awareness and trial usage of our brands.     Field operation is decentralized to the Owner-Distributors while planning and program designs are centralized.     We design cost-effective demand creation programs consistent with our slow but sure growth strategy. OPERATIONS / ADMINISTRATIVE     The whole business is run by the President and CEO – Julius Ceasar C. Perez. He is backed up by a General Manager, Accountant, Warehouse and Logistics Manager and 2 Office Assistants – a very lean organization which is consistent to its promise of minimizing add-ons to their costs to be able to bring products to the farmers at reasonable prices.
