Teamagro’s dream is  to see “the Farmers enjoy the fruits of their labor”, thus, the company endeavors to continually look for quality agricultural products and offer them to farmers at reasonable price.

    The underlying mission is to make the farmers earn from their farming business. To be more specific in how we want to help the farmers, we will:
  1. Continually look for practical alternatives the farmers can use to lower their costs but can maintain or increase their production;
  2. ]Convince the farmers to treat farming as a business through our “Pulong Asenso” meetings and interactions with farmers;
  3. Continually share with farmers new technologies that can increase their production,
  4. Make the whole Teamagro  “farmer improvement-centered “ organization.    
    We started humbly. From a simple dream of Mr. Julius Ceasar D. Perez , who is a farmer himself, of “seeing the farmers enjoy the fruit of their labor “ the group now counts 15 owners and we are inviting more to join us.  The logic behind this is that we want all key agri-production areas be represented at Teamagro. This is so because the owners themselves are the distributors in the territory. By this we aim to bring nearer to the farmers our products and farmer-centered programs at least cost.
